Be stronger, faster, and more powerful than the competition

Our staff has trained and treated athletes across many sports and ages. If you are looking for an edge on the competition we can make it happen! We use evidence-based methodologies and the most effective current techniques to help you make the most significant improvements as quickly as possible.

Reduce your likelihood of injury

Although all injuries cannot be avoided, stronger muscles to support joints and proper movement patterns significantly decrease the risk of injury. Many injuries occur during non-contact events like hard cuts or changes in direction. Having stronger muscular support and good movement mechanics can decrease stress on ligaments during changes of direction in competition.  Resistance training and movement mechanics training improves muscle recruitment patterns and can decrease the likelihood of strains or sprains.

While it is impossible to guarantee that you will never get injured, we emphasize improving movement patterns to put your body and joints in their most efficient and safest positions. This helps you not only improve performance and efficiency of movement, but also helps decrease your risk of injury

Combine/Showcase Prep

Get ready for your one-day prospect camp, college showcase, or any other recruiting event with Apex. We've trained athletes from the professional ranks in addition to collegiate Division 1, 2 and 3 athletes. Be the most prepared athlete at the event so you can perform your best. We know what it takes to prepare for these events and can teach you the optimal techniques for every drill, including the 40-yard dash, pro agility shuttle, 60-yard dash, L-drill, vertical jump, broad jump, and more.

In-season Strength Programming

Overuse and muscle coordination issues are very common problems athletes experience during the course of a season. An appropriate in-season strength and conditioning program can help combat these common injuries that often limit an athlete. It is very common for athletes to suffer a decline in strength and performance while in-season. Performing an in-season strengthening program can help keep you at the top of your game all season long.
Let us develop an in-season program that will help you reach your performance goals and peak at the right time.

Pre-competition Treatment & Post-competition Recovery

Pre-competition treatment: Physical therapy treatment prior to competition can help you be ready to perform at your best when you need it. Physical therapy treatment can Improve muscle recruitment patterns to be quicker, faster and more powerful.
Physical therapy treatment can also improve soft tissue dysfunction, improve joint mobility, improve muscle coordination, and decrease pain/discomfort allowing you to perform at the highest level. Addressing tissue dysfunction prior to competition can decrease likelihood of soft tissue injury during competition. We help ensure that you are ready to compete at the highest level.

Post-competition Recovery: After tough competition the body can feel worn down. Physical therapy treatment afterward can help you recover more quickly and better prepare you for the next practice or competition.
